Overview
Harborline, a regional digital bank, needed a marketing site that matched the polish of its app. I redesigned the information architecture, art direction, and component library across 40+ pages.
Odalys turned our vague brief into a site our whole company is proud of. Applications rose by a third in the first quarter after launch.

The challenge
Bounce rates above 70% on product pages, a decade-old visual identity, and three teams publishing inconsistent layouts. Prospects could not tell what Harborline actually offered within the first ten seconds.
Approach & solution
I ran stakeholder interviews and five usability sessions on the old site, then rebuilt the journey around three jobs: compare accounts, understand fees, and open an account in under five minutes. A modular section system lets marketing ship new pages without design help.
